Borage
Persian borage is the same flower as borage, but its European type is called bovine plant. Persian borage is azure and resembles pomegranate flowers and its eggs are circular and glazed and are found in Alborz Mountains. It grows on its own in the foothills of the Alborz Mountains. But both borages are from the borage family, but they are different in terms of genus. Only their flowers are similar.

Bovine flowers raise blood pressure because of alkaloids, and people with high blood pressure should be cautious or consult their doctor to consume this herb. And that for children and pregnant and nursing women.
