The chemical composition of lavender essential oil is composed of (the smell of camphor and mint), Linalool, alcohol and linalool. According to a 2014 study, lavender essential oil has an inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria.

2- Lavender compress: Mix 30 g of flowers or flowering twigs with one liter of beer and brew for 10 minutes.
3- Essential oil and lavender oil can be prepared from herbaceous stores or some pharmacies to consume a drop of it mixed with a spoon of almond oil or olive oil and used for massage. Or mix a drop on a sugar cube or a spoonful of honey.
