Cardamom
Cardamom is a small fruit, the size of a fingertip, with a dark shell and fragrant seeds. Cardamom is a fruit of the ginger genus plant and has different sorts, including black cardamom, white cardamom, and green cardamom; the green type has a heavier aroma.
Cardamom is considered one of the aromatic condiments that we use in some foods, breads, sweets, and especially jams, and it flavors some drinks such as tea. Indians, Pakistanis, and the people of Southern Balochistan of Iran are the most prominent consumers of cardamom in the whole world.
