Clove
Clove is originally from Indonesia and originated in other Asian countries such as Pakistan and India. This plant is also sprouted in East Africa. This plant is applied as a spice in different Asian dishes such as soups, stews, dishes with meat, dishes with rice, sauces, and other foods. Clove spice is acquired by drying the buds of the tree. Clove spice, like other spices, was first shipped from Asian countries to other parts of the globe. This plant and its spice date back to the 13th and 14th centuries AD, when it was exported from Indonesia to Iran, India, China, Africa, and Europe. The price of cloves was absolutely high at that time, and thus, there was an aggressive competition between various countries to take its production solely.
